The Druie takes its name from the sparkling burn that flows behind the restaurant carrying mountain water from the Cairngorms down to the River Spey.
We are open daily 9.30am - 5.30pm for breakfasts, tasty lunches, locally roasted coffee and homemade cakes. With a focus on Estate grown Highland beef, velvety venison and rainbow trout from Rothiemurchus accompanied by seasonal produce grown by specialist artisan producers locally and further afield, served in a relaxed, friendly environment.
Whilst enjoying your coffee or lunch at the Druie, you can feast your eyes on a selection of artwork displayed around the walls, especially selected by Ellie, the Manager of Loch an Eilein Gallery. Here's a list of what's on show during 2012:
